Virtual Machine Pricing

Below are the benefits that are bundled into the cost of going to a Virtual server

Administration of the Servers

- Full administrative rights to your Vm servers (such as power up/down, updates, re-install/upgrade of OS and softwares)
- Delegate update of, patches, and anti-virus update will be performed on our monthly maintenance schedule unless stated otherwise

Cloning

- Server can be cloned upon request and upgrades can be performed on that server and if the upgrade doesn’t go according to plan you can return to original state within minutes
- Clone will be retained for a period of 30 days

Backups

- Off-Site Backup (if required)
- Backup Alerts (alerts of backup completion and/or non-completion can be send to designated person(s))
- High Availability (in the event that one of the VM Host is down VM server will automatically be moved over to one of seven VM Host that we have in our Data Center)

Server Monitoring

- Service Monitoring (state of the server can & will be monitored 24/7 and alerts will be send to designated person(s))
- Service Monitoring (services and URL pages can & will be monitored 24/7 and alerts will be send to designated person(s))

Controlled Environmental

- UPS (uninterrupted power supply)
- Cooling (provided by Libert units)
- Secure environment (the data center access is restricted to only personal that require access)
